Celebration of Reading - Naples, FL

Girard Photography recently had the pleasure of covering a wonderful fundraiser event for literacy called Celebration of Reading: http://www.celebrationofreading.org/

There were several distinguished guests that we had the honor of photographing including Mr. and Mrs. President George Bush Senior, their son Governor Jeb Bush, and authors Carol Higgins Clark and Mary Higgins Clark.

Winter Wine Festival - Naples, FL

Every year our beautiful city of Naples hosts the Winter Wine Festival (http://www.napleswinefestival.com/) . This world famous auction raised 8 million dollars this year to benefit underprivileged children. Wealthy philanthropists and celebrities make their way for the live auction, excellents wines, and five star cuisine. Girard Photography has been photographing this event for the past 5 years.

This year three stars graced the event: Chef Emeril Lagasse, Judge Judy, and Billy Dean. In the past years, we have also had Kyle MacLachlan, Jane Seymour, and Regis Philbin.

We are happy to announce the birth of our second son. We are enjoying him immensely, especially his big brother, Raphael. The birth went smoothly. We Do Multi-Media Slideshows!

Did you know that we do awesome multi-media slideshows incorporating image, music, and audio recordings? This is a perfect way to remember your special day.

You send us a selection of your favorite images. Let us choose ambient music or pick your own favorite tunes. During your event, we'll make several audio recordings. Just like a regular DVD, there will be a main menu with several chapters. For example: Getting Ready, Ceremony, Family & Friends, On The Beach, Reception. You can have different music for the menu and each chapter.

From the looks of this photo, one would think these were supermodels, but Julie and Austin are both teachers in Collier County. Julie teaches math and Austin teaches music.
